Can you tell if the L in liberty is Mint or PMD. I suspect PME because of how damaged the coin is.

Often the L is weak due to Die Deterioration.

It looks normal from what I can see. A closer view might show something else, but it appears normal with an outdoor look on the overall coin.

Beside what appears to be shape of a gothic cross in front of the nose ...

the L looks like a normal wear.
