I am moving and have a pile of bills that have been saved from my job. I'm dumb when it comes to currency (more of a coin person here). Please forgive me, for I didn't come bearing any photos :( [If that's an issue, then let this thread sink lol :)] Here we go...

Of course condition plays a big part too. Is the five the color version? If it is not then keep the five too.

I too agree 4,5 and 6 are worthy of a premium. As per the stars you should look to see if any are short runs.

Condition will play a role in value.

Send me a pm IF you want to sell 5&6...Thanks

15 is also a keeper with 4 leading zeros and any of the star notes. 14 might be a keeper.

How are the conditions of the notes? If they are near CU, then those are all definitely worth keeping.

If any have tears, holes, or some wear on them, then I wouldn't save them.

Thank you all.

John1, the five is the colored version.

Ceylon62, how do I find out about the star notes? I was on some site listed here (uscurrency.info?)...it was confusing to me, and seeing how wquinn belts out mintages is awesome to me :) ...I wouldn't have a clue how to find out.

wquinn, from worst to best..15, 4, 6, 5. None near CU and none with rips or holes, but the two radar notes are the best out of the four.

P.S. Would this be considered a bookend?

Florida,
Stars -- IMO, If the stars are circulated there is NOT much of a premium. I collect short run stars but do not buy or save any circulated stars anymore unless they are rare.......NOT all short runs are rare.

Based on what you are describing of the condition it may be best to group the stars (2009's) in one group and sell them off as they are still being printed. Ergo, it's tough to say which of your 2009 stars would be collectible. The G star may be worth more due to the some what low sn....here too I personally would not collect it unless it's ChCu.

Others may see the stars you have differently and the above are my 2 cents.

FWIW -- Even the 4 digit sn's unless chcu may bring only and $2 or $3 premium. I have been buying chcu $1's for some fancy sn sets I am working on and have paid $3 per note (these are pack fresh un circulated notes).

Also it would be best if you can get some pics up.

Best wishes on your move.

PM sent.
