Hello, I am looking for help in identifying this coin. If you look at a few of the stars and the date you will notice an outline and the only information that I could find identifies it as "halos" but I am not sure, or could it be Longacre doubling? What do you think? Anyone have any ideas if it is one or the other?

I suspect your coin is affected by Longacre Doubling, see this article regarding an 1854-O Half Dollar with LD.
