Don't see anything on the C the 9 looks like it might have the commonly seen die chip closing the 9.

check this website http://doubleddie.com/58327.html is under Wexler's Die Varieties they have an example photo, tell me what you guys think These two photos show the doubling on the 8,9, and 5 of an 1895 Indian Head cent repunched date variety that we have listed as 1895 1¢ WRPD-001 and it is in our files thanks to Rodney D. Zabreznik. It is listed in The CherryPickers' Guide to Rare Die Varieties as FS-01-1895-301 (011.3) and by Richard Snow as Snow 1. the same print marks on the 8, 9, the five is weak but have the same punch marks in the top of the 5 also look the top of the C in America it has a doubling line, it look like the A left side bottom line print on top of the C thanks for your time guys

I know about RPDs, but going by your photos, I cannot see the same markers as on the 1895 on Wexler's page. Besides, the "1" position in the date is commonly used to compare varieties, and the "1" on your coin is much closer to the bust. Sorry, but it cannot be the same die (or variety).

goly1832,
I would suggest that you study the series of the coins you're interested, knowing the originality of the series will help determined whether you have a possible error.
You will appreciate and understand what went behind to cause it in the first place, as of now you're only speculating what you think you might have, all hobby takes time to get into the level of expertise.

Clearly not the same die as pictured on Wexler's site. You coin has the 8 centered over a dentical while the coin on Wexler's site has it centered between two denticals.

My comment about the 8 was only to show proof that it was not from the same die as the coin you indicated on the Wexler website.
I can't see any thing clear enough in you images to say anything about the C, and the only thing I see on the 9 is the typical chips closing the lower loop as I mentioned earlier. (Common occurrence with this number font.)
