I called the USMINT about my Jamestown Proof according to tracking it was sent back as undeliverable? Lived here for 33 years and got 1000000 orders from the USMINT.

Anyway was on hold for 0ne hour and hung up does anyone know if they have a customer Service email address I see none listed.

I know how you fell but the 800 number is all you do, its a joke but I have had to do it 100s of times too.
To the mint an Item is not lost till 30 days have passed from they have posted shipped.

I just land mailed them a letter about the missing item...also said how I was on hold for 90 minutes.

Know they don't care anymore the USMINT is getting to be to big of a business and to greedy turning me off to collecting lately.

I also said that when they take on line sales they should have on line customer service also.

As stated I know they could care less what I have to say.

Brucec, by chance do you have a new Mailman? Sounds like that could be your issue--or perhaps you did not clean off your sidewalk and your old mailman sent them back (if you leave in the East coast) lol
