Numismedia and CDN tell me there's about a $2 price difference between VF and EF on these, and the price doubles at AU.

Tad, before I read the grades, I would have guessed AU-50. Can you tell me what you consider on this example to make the difference between EF-45 and AU? Just for my own knowledge.
