Picked this up from one of my favorite dealers. When tilted the right way, the entire reverse is cobalt:

Really nice! I would like to obtain a beautifully toned Morgan, but I will stick with my 1888 MS63PL for my 7070...yours would be awfully tempting though!

I think the coin would grade around a MS-63. The toning on the reverse is stunning!

MS61/62 grade range, the scrapes on the face will kill it at a TPG, as that is the focal point of the coin when it comes to grading.

Nice toning. Agree that the hits on the face are bad enough to take it just under MS-63. Let's call this one an MS-62 (*). Great eye appeal other than those marks !
