I have been cleaning this since its post.The outside red colored material is as hard as steel, not sure if its kryptonite, but hard, got most of it off, still working on it, let you know the out come...
I have a friend that buys silver and gold jewelery, will see if has any silver in it...

Weird. The edges are too clean to be a meteorite. Almost look like they're cut or ground. Very Interesting Eng!
