Looks like struck through something and maybe die clash. Let's wait n see
I don't think it is PMD

i do see the struck through at the LI of LIBERTY.

Appears to be struck through a very late stage die cap. Appears to be a genuine error coin to me, but don't count on my answer - I don't know much about errors.

coppercoins, I think you're right! Mine has nearly identical characteristics as this Jefferson, given the 'very late stage die cap' from Mike Diamond: http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/...IC_ID=56335&
