1989 LMC Double Take

I stared at this coin for a while. The combination of Die Deterioration and abrasion/polishing makes it much harder to tell. Originally, I thought I had a 1989 LMC with a RDV-005 reverse.

After staring for a while, I am pretty sure it is actually an RDV-006. The front part of the G comes out just a little too far.

If anyone thinks I've made a mistake, please correct me. I would love to have found a new variety (at least I think it's new).

It is an overpolished 006. A normal one for this year.

Thats has me fooled as well...the G looks just like the 005 to me...

Note the location of the top of the "G" on FG?

Also the 005 & 006 Has different shaped devices. Especially on the M on AMERICA

The 005 is rounded, the 006 is flat. I always look at the left leg on the "M".

Correct me if I'm wrong but I wouldn't think it would be possible for a 1989 to have a RDV-005 reverse because of how the 1988 RDV-006 variety came about
