I recently took a few days off to sort my rolled (by dates) coins in an attempt to further sort them by grades. I have come across a few odd balls today. I would love to hear what the "old salts" say this. Nothing to note on OBV however REV looks odd with a streaking/ running affect. Is this PMD or something else?

hogs.,

I would venture to guess that some sort of die crack anomaly has occurred on the reverse.

Looks like a torched coin moving the metal on the reverse. I've seen this before.

Wow its yellow that didn't really notice that. Guess overhead desk lamp was overshadowing florescent lamps to right and left of coin. I might need to re-think that lamp.

Thanks for taking a look COOP I always appreciate your expert advice. But I do have another question, "how come there is 0.00% discoloring on this specimen, wouldn't a blow torch leave some discoloring? Could it be a torched and color treated piece? Wow the lengths people will go.... inconceivable!

Looks like the coin has been cleaned/polished. It may have moved from the pink stage to the color it is now. (old cleaning)
