From the second set of photos I would say PMD. I think the letters inside the area in question are too sharp to be a type of delamination. A brockage from being struck through a delamination from a previous coin would make more sense to me but the edge and rim don't look right.

i would think that I would rather get the opinions from the pro's here , before sending for grading and spending on something that might not be worth anything

as I said IF it turns out to BE something , I was in no way telling him to send it out immediately.

I see no bulging of the rim it appears to be in tack. I do see some sort of marks on the rim, that's discerning not teeth marks Daniels, LOL.
Tony I would sell this piece because I'm not a variety collector. I still struggle with basic knowledge on this topic. I'm a roll/ bag searcher attempting to enhance my collection status with higher quality/ grade coins. I sell off the lower grades as I replace them. I have run into many odd looking coins and I just stack them up in rolls. Sooner or later I will go through them. Therefore I imagine someday I will venture deeper into Varieties. However as for now I'm peachy keen just upgrading.
It's almost midnight on the east coast I will attempt to capture better pictures of the rim in the morning. Night all and thank you so much for your help!
