I found them on 1993, 1994 and 1995.
It occurs at the near center of the coin in three separate spots; chin to nose, throat to chin and back of the neck.
this is the better pic.

It was fairly easy to find them, I got 7 in a box of dimes.

That is classic(and common) Machine Doubling, not the true hub doubling that is responsible for doubled die coins.

That was my first guess too, but Machine Doubling would have cut into the original image. Each picture I have shows extra metal outside of the queen's portrait which leads me to believe it would have been filling by abrasion or Die Deterioration. It was very peculiar, on my first image, that the doubling curved back into the chin instead of around it, like you would expect with abrasion or Die Deterioration. The image of the 1995 has the chin having 2 points, machine double would be true if the queen had a dimpled chin.

Essentially hub doubling is the die being pressed twice (or more) while being made, all its strikes are doubled.
While Machine Doubling is a normal die having a hiccup during the striking process, some of the strikes are doubled.
Hub doubling changes it appearance a bit and can be further classified into subcategories . Machine Doubling in my opinion is a grey area, lots of different doubling gets called " Machine Doubling" but its mostly a feature getting twisted by the dies during striking.
Here's a good example of Machine Doubling doubling.http://s989.photobucket.com/albums/...cture040.jpg
