Looks like one to me cause the notching and seperation on the 2!
But doesn't match up with anything on coppercoins.com so either it's a new one or

I think it's an illusion caused be the lighting.

I enlarged it and tweeked it and it sure looks like a double, but then again I dont have the best skills on photos. Here's hoping !

I see no hub doubling, and I see no Machine Doubling. I see a normal coin with odd lighting.

I will try this one more time...the first picture was with one light source as is this one.
