I'd call it AU, full details but too many marks on the obverse.

Your coin isn't uncirculated 1189, it has to many dings and such, I don't know what you paid but, if I were you I would send it back.

Looks more EF to me.

I myself graded it in the EF to AU range so I only paid $40.00, I thought I couldn't go wrong for that.
