I was noticing in my Coin Prices magazine that the half dollars have a SMS price listing when the other denominations from those 3 years don't have a SMS price listed. Why is this? Does this mean the smaller denominations have the same value as MS-65 circulation strikes?

The smaller denominations are not traded actively enough to warrant the price listed.
