I saw this coin on ebay and it seems underpriced. Does anyone see any red flags about it?

Looks real to me. However, the photos can be very deceiving as you really want to see something like this in hand before buying. With ANY classic Proofs, you really have to ask yourself the question, "Why the heck is this still raw?" In other words, what's the problem with it. Maybe nothing. His starting price might be below a reserve?

The seller offers a 14 day return policy and free return shipping. I don't think he would have such a liberal return policy if he was trying to pass off a fake.

It's not under priced for that year. A slabbed proof has a fmv of $450.
But that particular coin has some issues. There appears to be sight wear on some high points, like the hair above her ear and the eagle's feathers, and there a 'thing' on the feathers of the top arrow. The surfaces aren't really photographed well. Perhaps it was cracked out of a TPG holder that listed (or caused) some flaws.

I don't know much about Seated Liberty coins but I just checked my database and have bought two coins from that seller and experienced no problems.

I do not see any glaring red flags on my end. That's one nice piece. :-)

I don't see anything that would make me think it's a fake.

FWIW, I've had good transactions with that seller in the past.
