Austria is right; the HMA refers to the Vienna mint which (until 1989) was called HauptmÞnzamt. This piece is probably from the late 1940s/early 50s. Don't know about the name or the initials below the pig. But that church does look like St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom) in Vienna ...

Hi, I know this is from like 6 years ago and I'm guessing you dont use your accounts anymore but I just came across this token at a thrift shop. I bought a bag of old coins from a bunch of different places and I found this coin in it. since its been so long since you posted this I thought maybe you might know more. one thing that I noticed is that you said it says "hoimann" on the coin, but I believe it says "hofmann" on it. if anyone could put a date or value on this token then it would be a big help.
