Values are all over the place on the genre. As far as selling it on ebay, I'd start it out at $9.99 and let the bidding take it wherever it goes. If you do that, please let us know the results here. I'd counter that what you then have is a challenge coin that's probably one of the tougher ones to obtain, regardless of how many were distributed. Might just be the cornerstone of a new field you can pursue collecting. Between the military, law enforcement, and other government agencies, they're really quite varied and interesting.
