Hey Everyone

I noticed this 1996P dime has a double ridge top left and the E in EPU is attached to the dash. The MM looks doubled on the inside of P sorry I cannot get closer pics right now but changes are visible in these.

Way too small to tell anything.

I figure you probably have die wear, which is consistent with your description and exceedingly common on dimes.

The thicker rim is from a misaligned die. Nothing of value added.
