Hi Everyone

Can someone tell me what kind of error is on the front of this 1993 P dime? and the reverse the flame is trailed right into the last S on STATES.

Not an error, just struck with slightly misaligned dies which is quite common.

It is a misaligned die on the obverse and the reverse is too small to see what you are talking about.
