You've definitely got the small date! It doesn't look cleaned to me.

I'd say 64RD.

Looks like Lincoln took quite a few hits, so I say MS 60.

Looks like original luster, but what's with the abrasions on the obverse?

Thad, the first and last pics have same scratches above the date. The scratches are probably in the die and would not prevent the coin from achieving mid grade BU red status. Nice small dates. nlp

Congrats to those that recognized it's a small date. The scratches are indeed from very heavy die polishing which is common in the 70S SD. These both look to have been minted right after the polished dies were put back in service, even the tinyest lines are bold.
