How would anyone with even a shred of a clue sell that much silver for $17?
Must admit, I'd feel more than a bit strange taking advantage of someone like that - buying for under 10X face when melt/spot is over 20X.

Bargain night at the coin club. Where these face to face sales or was it an auction?

He had all these in a box and these were his asking prices I asked him if $17 was the correct price on the silver coin set He said yes I'm not going to argue if he wants to give coins away.

Don't let anyone make you feel bad about a good deal. You asked if it was the correct price. Now you need to sell it to BuffalosRock for double !

Good Coin clubs in one sense are like any other friendly well run club, that is fortunate enough to have good rapport among the members.
In this environment, it is common for coin club members to swap coins and knowledge with each other, without ANY exchange of money, or to sell to each other at way below what they could easily get in the open market.
santafeboy: great deals!
