It is an interesting proposition but your photos are way too pixelated to see anything definitely, all I am seeing is digital noise that kinda-sorta looks like it might be something or not. If it is not a recognized die variety, then a TPG will not slab it as such until it is confirmed by a leading expert on the series. You may want to try contacting J.H. Cline, he is probably the top SLQ specialist and has written books on the series.
I will note that all 20th century "overdates" are actually Class 3 Doubled Dies- design hub doubling. For the SLQ, a die was impressed on a 1917 hub, set back on the shelf for some time after annealing, and then hubbed a second time but with a 1918 hub.











If you look at both you can see what looks like perfectly straight lines coming out of the left top of the 8. You can also see what looks like the tip to the 7 on the right hand side. The coin meets other diagnostics as well. It has no step, it has the die marker beside the right star, and although I didn't show it in this pic there is also a definite form on an E next to her knee. In addition to these die markers it meets alot of the die markers from this forum topic "
