mintage # can be misleading.
they may have minted 50,000,000 but how many made it out the door?
similiar to the 2012 canadian $1 and $2, they minted a bunch, changed the design, then recalled the first issue before a lot of them made circulation. the first runs are selling for $6-$15 each for anything out of a mint roll and the coin is only a few monthes old.
i dont know what the real deal is with the '63 but would be curious!
