Yes, your coin is real.
Overall, it has fantastic detail and very little wear.
It's a very nice coin, and anyone would be proud to own it!

Can someone tell me why exactly it looks like it was wiped/rubbed a long time ago... I dont see it?

(not challenging it, I just dont see it)

I see light horizontal lines running side to side in the fields on the obverse. Those lines stop at the lettering and eagle. Turn the coin in good light to see if you see that.

i do see those lines dude...so it was whizzed a long time ago? it seems to have gotten some aging on top of the cleaning, no?

Not whizzed dude, just cleaned with something abrasive. Whizzing was done with a high speed wire brush from center out to try to create a cartwheel luster. It does look like a very old cleaning based on the tone.
