Hi I'm back, been long time no post. Been on new job adverture so coins have been hidden away for some time. Was looking over 1931 london obverse normal 1 and discovered the S in GEORGIVS looks to be an overprint, noticeable at the bottem end of the S, I have two like this and none of the other 1931 varieties have the same S overprint. Anyone else seen this . Do tell.

Souds like the S was either doubled on the die or the coin may have been double struck.

Show your photo's, it could be the same little error that's on my UNC 1931. Also does it look like there's a slight fill in the R in GEOR?GIVS

i did not know where to put this , so I thought this is about pennys ..so I thought this is a start ,..this australian penny ,is 1911 . over 100 years old does that make it '' antique''
just like other things over 100 years old ,,.?
