What do you think the error is? if your refering to the part that was cut off...imo it was just cut off PMD.

Gah...we need an expert, kinda looks PMD but I am not sure,I thought it might be a clip but I don't see that Blakesley effect they talk about and that other line that looks like it was another try at cutting it makes it suspect to me.

Looks like PMD to me. When I was young I made an "octagonal" cent or two using my father's lineman's pliers and a vice. The cuts looked a lot like that.

Looks like PMD. The rim opposite the clip is too well formed. I think someone cut it as suggested above.

PMD. You can see where the metal was pushed up on the reverse. A genuine clip will not have what looks like a rim across the clip like you see on the reverse of this coin and on a genuine clip the where the rim stops at the clip it typically feathers out and does not end abruptly. Do a search for other clips on the forum and look at the rim where it ends at the clip.
