1997 Quarter With "67", "Dcm" Stamps On It

Hey everyone, I'm not a coin collector so this could be a dumb question. But, I found this quarter with "67" stamped on the left side, and "DCM" stamped on the right side. Is this anything valuable, or did somebody do this on their own?

Yeah...someone punched it. They are called counter stamps. That one is pretty dull but they get more elaborate. Google " Coin Counter Stamps" and you will see a bunch of them
