Set this aside years ago for the RPM,went to coppercoins.com to ID and found out I had a DDR

This is definitely a class 6 doubled die reverse. The mintmark would be a complete guess without much better images.

If I am not mistaken, the reverse doubling is most predominant in the top of the wheat stalks and in the dots.

A close-up shot of these areas would indeed assist in clarifying this variety.

Admittedly, doubling of this nature is not as apparent compared to others.
