Thought this was an interesting coin. Is this a die crack or die chip?

I'd call it a chip.

A crack does not involve missing metal. A chip does. If the gap is wide enough that there has to be missing metal, then you have a chip.

Pretty interesting location for a die chip. Kind of looks like a pair of glasses. Too bad it wasn't on a 2000 cent.
