PMD and also looks like surfaces were cleaned at some point

Isn't that a delamination peel along with PMD?

The coin suffers from a large delamination. The only thing I see that might be PMD is the divot above the date and close to the rim but it could also be part of the planchet defect. If the color is accurate, the coin has been harshly cleaned as well.
