Hey everyone this fifty seems to have a shift towards the top with the third print can anyone tell me if this is unique? Also it has all A's on the obverse. Thanks

As far as the upwards shift while printing, nothing out of the ordinary. They don't always nail it dead on every time.

It's splitting hairs sometimes whether or not it is an error, but generally you want to see the overprint overlap some other printing before it is called an error. This would be a minor shift.
