I found this coin today and I think it is considered an error but I just want to be sure. I would like to know how much it is worth too. It looks like the edges are lower than the center and they are crooked on both sides. Let me know what you think.

The flattened rims make me think that this coin was one encased in one of those "lucky penny" holders that were popular back in the 50's. They were crimped into a metal ring, which damages the rims of the coin. Not worth anything, but interesting.
