I'm certain the coin might be;

Hadrian AE Sestertius, RIC 970, Cohen 819, BMC 1372

Can you tell me the weight and dimensions of the coin as well.

Here is a higher grade example from Wildwinds.

Something seems off with the weight and size of your coin. Mine is 25.30 grs, 35mm, substantially larger and heavier than yours. Although your image does not appear to show a radiated portrait of Hadrian, the size suggests it is a Dupondius and not a Sestertius. If I am correct, that makes your coin a RIC 974

Wow => all of those coins are nice!!

... but oh my, I absloutely love "Sestertius" coins!

=> they're so big, heavy and golden-lookin'! (they're awesome)

Hmmm, it is kinda interesting reading about the evolution of the ol' Sestertius ...
