Obverse scratch running the length of the photo is on the holder.

I'm not a big fan of Washington quarters, especially the clad ones. This one would be an exception. Outstanding toner! I'll have to agree with MS66.

MS66+. That reverse is STUNNING! Obverse is just slightly weak strike in the hair curl. Beautiful none the less though.

those that said MS-66 are correct. even blast white '65 business strikes are worth holding onto, the toning on this one made it irresistable to me.
