Seen this and got mad. huh?

Coins are marked 'copy' which can be seen in the photos, and the description sells them as "ungenuine"

"ungenuine" - anyone heard this term before? lols.

Grumpy, grumpy, grumpy!

There is a word "ingenuine" which means false, not genuine or authentic.
This would be far more appropriate than ungenuine

Someone is sure to buy as 'ungenuine', and try to re sell them as authentic.

Obvious business opportinity for the unscrupulous.

Part of my issue with this lot, apart from labelling them "ungenuine", is to label them "space fillers" which usually implies a low grade gennuine coin.

ungenuine, replica's,altered dates, contemporary forgeries and outright fakes all have the same grade.
RAT DROPPINGS
All of the above are created to deceive and should be treated with total disrespect.
They have a dubious value as a teaching aid to recognise a fake coin but other than that they should be destroyed in the first instance.

Trout, I seem to disagree...
Any coin which has 'COPY' on it is worth rats droppings.
Any replica's look like rats droppings (& we're lucky we can spot the real deal from a mile away, or if we can't we've got people that will help us)
Any coin with an altered date, being palmed off as the real deal should see the seller locked up.
Any coin with an altered date, being palmed off as an altered date, could help someone fill a CHEAP void.
Any contemporary forgeries (too me at least, such as Mander Twimbles) are an amazing piece of history.

All in my personal opinion...as I said.
