The notch on the 2. The E in WE and the you in Trust. I will enlarge my photos tommorrow, thought I had it done when I posted.

You can see the notch on the 2 and the R in Trust. There is slight extra thickness on the rest.

The 1982 small date Doubled Dies are always tricky...all the letters/numbers are really thin. I think I see notching on the end of the 2 but I'm not possitive.
