Hi all

I just find out this interesting error on this coin.
My dino coin is missing the "JC" signature, compared to the original image on Mint website.
See photo below: the blue mark circles the "JC" signature mark.
Anyone have the same error? or just mine.

Mine doesn't have the JC mark either. I guess that is the norm?

I guess it is normal. Like the park toonie, on Mint web, the person stands on the ground, in other words "contacts" the ground, while on real toonie, there is a small pit between the feet and ground.

But if some dinos have the letters while others do not, that will be interesting

@Koin Hunter, where do you get the information?

If it is true. It also means, from now on we don't trust the photos that advertise on Mint website. The photos and the real coin can be different. haha... Interesting mistake for such a huge organization.
Might be they are too giant to spot that tiny error on coin.

I wonder if the missing JC mark is being corrected on all of the delayed coins?

Shark coin picture on NZ mint does not show bite marks on the Queen. So we will be calling all the coins the error ones? :)

OK, if it makes you sleep better at night - yes, you discovered a huge error. All 25000 coins should be recalled.

Yeah I hope they recall all the coins. I can get my money back at least.
Mint said will ship next Batch on September, if those coins have the initial, can we consider the one without initial as error coin?
