I just posted this picture at the Great Britain coin forum ( http://www.coinsgbforum.com/ ).

Since it has an Australian connection (and there are many Australian members here), having been purchased from Spink-Noble, I thought I'd post it here, too.
A-Halfpenny-With-Two-Obverses

My records show it as Peck #707.

Given the price I assume they're not extremely rare then?

Not rare? I don't remember what Peck says about that.

I can say that I've never seen another.

Oh okay. Just seemed like a low price given what it was.

$381 dollars in 1991 is QUITE a lot of money and that's in USD. Dunno what the purchasing power is like now. Reckon it's at least triple that now - don't remember seeing anything like that.

It's pretty rare. $381 in 1991 (let's say $1000 now) seems a very good price for the nice specimen shown. I've seen one for sale in VG or so for about £400.
