Looks like a nice AU-58 to me as it appears to have seen some light circulation. Hard to see in the small photos, but I am leaning towards it being genuine due to all the die breaks on reverse.

I don't see anything which would cause me to panic. With that said, these (although common) are actually kinda hard to find in unmolested condition - they were widely used in jewelery and even if dismounted without visible damage, many still exhibit signs of cleaning. Be very, very leery of buying one outside a reputable TPG slab. I would definitely want to inspect the coin in person (with knowledge regarding what I expect to see) and even then would be hesitant to reach as far as $150 for it.

AU55, I think. About $80 in bullion value. In truth, if you know what you're doing, a potential moneymaker.

If it's too good to be true...then it is!

I'm thinking at least AU-58 and I disagree with the general rule stated above, although I'd be bringing and spending a fair amount of time with a caliper, scale and loupe, which might draw some strange looks at a Dennys, police parking lot or bank lobby.

Haha, I will never forget my Craigslist buy in the ball pit part of McDs. Greasy table, fries scattered around, lots of napkins, scale and loupe.
