None of these gold coins strike me as huge rarities due to low mintages; if circulated, chances are they'll be worth (generally) melt value. There may be specific ones which have turned out to be rarer than expected in the real world due to circulation or meltage - I have to leave that specific area to others more knowledgeable of gold.
The same goes for the silver dollars, an area where I'm more comfortable, with two exceptions. If Peace dollars rather than Morgans, the 1921's will have additional value, as will the 1928 Peace. These would be relatively high priorities for you to post images if the 1921's are Peace dollars. The possibility also exists that they may be of a more-collectible variety - Morgans and Peace dollars have a following who collect by variety - but very few of these varieties have additional value in a circulated example.
