I received this coin yesterday.I believe it to be a beautiful coin except for the spots. Anyone have any idea how this happens and the rest of the coin stays so MS and how much does this detract from the value of the coin?

Dipped and not rinsed properly? The color doesn't look right to me.

The coin is not as light as it looks in the pictures.Its more RB but I couldn't get the pictures to adjust to the correct color without making them to dark to see.
