Hi. I'm just wondering about how well test token sets usually do with their resale value since the Mint has a Circulation Coin and Test Token Set available.

Like anything else the mint sells, it will really depend. Think of it like IPOs on the stock market. Everybody hypes the heck out of it when it's issued but a year or two later, more end up trading below their IPO price than above. I highly recommend buying NCLT coins because you value them as art, for history etc. and not for 'investments'; particularly at issue price. Remember it has to go up at least 15% + inflation for you to make any money selling it later on ebay. You have better odds of picking a winner at the casino. Just my opinion.... :-)

I have a couple test/token sets. The 1999 plated set has more than doubled in value but the 2004 poppy set is available close to issue price now.

I did order the new set but don't really anticipate it appreciating much.

I would order one but the RCM charges WAY too much for shipping to the USA.
