SMACKDOWN #2 => The Julio-Claudians => post your coins!!
I almost listened to dougsmit and made a bunch of alterations to the general theme, like no gold coins and/or no coins over $100, etc ... but then I thought to myself
=> "Self ... if you actually owned a gold Nero coin, then you deserve to win this SMACKDOWN"
... so once again, I'm gonna have zero-boundaries on the coins that can be entered ... well except that they must be "Julio-Claudian"
Rules are the same as the previous SMACKDOWN (a maximum of 2 coins per contestant ... deadline for coin entry is tomorrow night at 9:22pm Manitoba Time)
=> Let the game begin!!

C'mon, jessvc1 => man-up, .... you and I are still scraping for a podium result ... Man, your Byzantine coins were gorgeous (I voted for one of them) ... I found it quite funny/interesting how the voters "felt" about all of our coin entries in the last round (it isn't always the pretty coin that gets the worm, as they say) => jump on board the crazy Julio-Claudius train!

Steve, both of yours are stunning. How long ago did you get that Nero? I think I almost bought that coin.

Question: Does Marcus Antonius count as one of the Julio-Claudians or should he be better categorized as one of the Second Triumvirate? If he does not belong here I will withdraw this coin and replace it with another.
