I am looking at the East of the 5 in the date. It looks raised, but ghostly. Also the MM.

A doubled die from 1935 would not have the same doubling on the mintmark. Double dies occur to the die long before the mintmark is punched into the die - so doubled dies and mintmarks are completely unrelated - until 1990.
