hope this is in the right spot, I found a 37 penny that the 7 is on a angle i'd say maybe a 22 degree angle, it looks kind of like this angle / but it goes left to right. is that an error penny and if so any value

I can't answer your question but I know what the experts will say:

Some people have managed to get half-way decent photos with their cell phone cameras -- me, no such luck. But give it a try.

I'd say it's a post mint alteration. Maybe looks like a 4 that somebody made into a 7. I'd think a better photo would be needed to correctly label the piece, but then again, maybe it's just my small screen.

This is damage. These kinds of things cannot happen at the mint.

This one looks like a damaged 9 that happens to look like a crooked 7.

Looks like it may have been a 1930 and the 0 was damaged, sliding part of it to form an odd shape. PMD
