Just found this immaculate coin not a flaw on it and is extremely shiny. Weighs 2.54g.
Weight seems normal but could it be missing some plating?
any thoughts

zincolns (which those are) should weigh 2.5 grams
IIRC the weight you give is well within tolerance or your scale may be off a little, or they may be a little dirty (oils from touching).

It looks to be what is referred to as a "brass plate" cent. There are a few years known for these. I have found a few different years of the brass plate.
