MS63. Probably a 64 though.

What is that in the lower seriff of the mintmark?

I'll say ms66 too. There aren't any large, distracting marks really anywhere, except a few marks above the date. The reverse is extremely clean.

I always have trouble grading these. I wonder how sharp the eagles breast feathers are on the original master die?

I have yet to see an an example with sharp breast feathers or sharp feather detail on the wings.

The sharpest feature is the 'S' mintmark! Weird.

In terms of wear or other detracting features, this coin has none; it is a beauty!

On wear ALONE, MS65.

Those close-up pics weren't doing it any justice. The luster and color is better seen in the full slab view. I like it.
