A few marks on face but I think they may have been a little tough on this one.

My opinions ... This coin is exhibits an average strike ... as best evidenced by observing the star details on the obverse ... note that none of the stars exhibit full 6-pedal strikes .. and several of them are indeed flat. Any grading opinion needs to consider strike quality ... otherwise details that might otherwise be attributed to wear are in fact a result of the way the coin left the coinage press. That said ... IMHO the obvious weakness in Ms. Liberty hair above her eyes is not circulation wear ... but strike weakness. Same observation on the reverse where the left corn cob is not fully developed in detail. This is IMHO an MS coin ... alas the obvious bag hits and chatter marks hold it back from high MS grade ... I say PCGS MS63. Thats my opinion based on what I see ... and I'm sticking with it. David
